How Many Brainrots Are in Find the Brainrot?
Discover the total number of Brainrots currently available in Find the Brainrot and how they are divided by rarity and unlock methods.
If you just started playing Find the Brainrot, the game might feel confusing at first.
You spawn in, you see a few Brainrots sitting around, you collect them… and then suddenly everything gets harder. Locked doors. Hidden rooms. Obbies. Puzzles. Codes.
This guide explains how to actually play the game as a beginner and how to avoid getting stuck early.
What Is the Goal of the Game?
The goal is simple:
Collect every Brainrot.
There’s no leveling system. No weapons. No stats to upgrade. Your progress is tracked through your Brainrot index.
Every time you unlock one, it gets added to your collection.
That’s it.
But the difficulty increases based on rarity.
Step 1: Clear the Easy Tiers First
When you start, don’t overthink it.
Focus only on:
- Common Brainrots
- Easy Rare Brainrots
- These are usually placed:
- On ground level
- Near buildings
- On small rooftops
- Behind obvious structures
- Walk the map slowly. Look around carefully. Rotate your camera upward.
- A lot of beginners forget to look up.
Step 2: Understand the Map Is Vertical
This game is not flat.
Brainrots are often placed:
- On top of buildings
- On beams
- On ledges
- Above doorways
- If you are only searching at eye level, you will miss a lot.
- Before leaving an area, always check:
- Ground
- Roof
- Behind objects
- Make that a habit early.
Step 3: Don’t Ignore Locked Doors
You will find doors that don’t open.
That’s not decoration.
Locked doors usually mean:
- There is a Brainrot inside
- A code exists somewhere nearby
- As a beginner, don’t waste time guessing codes. Instead, explore the area around the door carefully.
- Clues are usually close.
Step 4: Learn What Hidden Entrances Look Like
Hidden entrances are one of the most important mechanics in Find the Brainrot.
They may look like:
- A slightly different wall
- A strange object
- A surface that reacts when touched
- Many higher-tier Brainrots are placed inside separate rooms that you access through hidden entrances.
- If you don’t test suspicious walls or objects, you’ll miss entire sections of the map.
Step 5: Don’t Rush Puzzle Rooms
Some rooms contain buttons or triggers.
If you press them randomly, you’ll reset the puzzle.
Instead:
- Look for patterns
- Check for numbers or shapes
- Scan the room before interacting
- Puzzle-based Brainrots are usually tied to Epic tier or higher.
Step 6: Save Obbies for Later
You will eventually find obstacle routes.
If you’re brand new, don’t stress about these yet.
Clear the easier tiers first.
Once you understand movement and camera control, then attempt obby sections. Many rare Brainrots are placed at the end of these routes.
Trying to brute force obeys early can get frustrating.
How Rarity Works (Beginner Version)
You don’t need to memorize everything, but here’s a simple breakdown:
- Common → Easy and visible
- Rare → Slightly hidden
- Epic → Puzzle or mild challenge
- Legendary → Multi-step unlock
- Mythic / Brainrot God / Secret → Hidden entrances + puzzles + harder routes
- If you’re stuck on a Legendary or Mythic early, that’s normal.
- It’s not meant to be unlocked immediately.
Beginner Mistakes to Avoid
Most new players make the same errors:
- Only searching ground level
- Ignoring rooftops
- Skipping locked doors
- Not testing walls
- Leaving puzzle rooms too quickly
- Slow down.
- The game rewards careful players.
A Simple Beginner Routine
If you want a clean progression path, do this:
- Clear all visible Brainrots
- Revisit areas and check rooftops
- Identify every locked door
- Search for hidden entrances
- Attempt easier puzzle rooms
- Tackle obbies last
- This keeps frustration low and progress steady.
When You Feel Stuck
If you’ve been running around and not finding anything new, ask yourself:
- Did I fully search vertically?
- Did I test suspicious walls?
- Did I revisit locked areas after exploring nearby?
- Almost every time, you skip something small.
- That’s how the game is designed.
